Pneumatic Umbilical Winch

With both local and remote electrical control and pneumatic control operation, the product comes with emergency stop control device. Using compressed air as working medium and is driven by piston air motor, it is slowed down by planetary gear and drive drum to achieve job requirements. The drum uses Lebus double broken line technology, and the automatic rope-arranging mechanism uses two-way screw rope arrangement device that automatically makes accurate winding. The winch is supplied with automatic and manual band brake. The automatic band brake will tighten brake block to the brake hub via two pieces of tension spring in the middle position. The brake will remain applied until the winch control valve is operated. The winch is supplied with slip ring installation position in accordance to different umbilical requirements to choose and dissemble.
